1. Rental Agreement
By renting a vehicle from FastWheelsKos, you agree to these terms and conditions. The rental agreement is between FastWheelsKos ('Company') and the person signing the rental contract ('Renter').
2. Eligibility
The renter must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driving license for at least one year. Drivers under 25 may incur a young driver surcharge. A valid passport or national ID and a credit/debit card in the driver's name are required.
3. Insurance Coverage
All rentals include basic insurance with Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Third Party Liability. The renter is responsible for an excess amount in case of damage, which can be reduced to zero by purchasing the Full Insurance Package.
4. Vehicle Use
Vehicles may only be driven by authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement. Vehicles must not be used for illegal purposes, racing, towing, driving off-road, or transporting them off Kos island without written permission.
5. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. If the vehicle is returned without a full tank, a refueling charge will be applied at current market rates plus a service fee.
6. Mileage
Unless otherwise stated, all rentals include unlimited mileage. Any mileage restrictions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
7. Security Deposit
A security deposit will be pre-authorized on the renter's credit/debit card at the time of pickup. The deposit amount varies by vehicle category and will be released within 7-14 business days of the vehicle's return.
8. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup may incur a charge of one day's rental. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.
9. Breakdown & Accidents
In case of a mechanical breakdown, contact our 24/7 roadside assistance. In case of an accident, do not move the vehicle, contact the police, obtain a police report, and notify FastWheelsKos immediately.
10. Liability
FastWheelsKos is not liable for any personal belongings left in the vehicle, delays caused by mechanical failure, or any indirect damages arising from the rental.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kos, Greece.
